Warranty

Every Clement Lombelle creation is a testament to our commitment to perfection. And every product purchased through our online store is covered by a one-year limited warranty that applies from the date of purchase.

If a manufacturing imperfection is verified by our technical service, the frame or part of the frame deemed defective will be replaced free of charge. 

This warranty does not cover imperfections noticed after a month upon receiving your clement Lombelle or any problem caused by commercial use, normal wear and tear, misuse or accident (impact, crushing, fire, temperature, spilled food or liquid…), improper or unauthorized use of the frame or storage, neglect, abuse, alteration, modification or unauthorized repairs or tampering. Clement Lombelle does not warrant against any scratched, fractured, or shattered lenses.

This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations.

To obtain warranty service for Clement Lombelle spectacles ,please email us at cs@clementlombelle.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”).

Any product returned to Clement Lombelle without a valid warranty card, without an RMA or without proof of purchase may be rejected, returned to you at your cost or kept for a period of 30 days. If after 30 days you have not paid for the cost of return shipping, Clement Lombelle may dispose of your product in its sole discretion after notifying you by email that it intends to do so and giving you a final opportunity to make arrangements for return shipping.

By sending a product for warranty service or replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to Clement Lombelle at the time at which it arrives at our warehouse if Clement Lombelle determines that replacement is appropriate.

If Clement Lombelle authorizes you to return your product and your claim is covered by this limited warranty, Clement Lombelle will decide whether to repair or replace the defective product. If your product will be replaced, Clement Lombelle will decide whether to replace it with a new or remanufactured product. If Clement Lombelle, in its sole discretion, determines it’s not reasonable to replace the defective product, Clement Lombelle may refund you the purchase price you paid for the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty.

If your Clement Lombelle product doesn’t qualify for warranty service under this limited warranty or you can’t provide proof of purchase, you may still request to have it repaired by Clement Lombelle, but charges may apply. Please email us at cs@clementlombelle.com to learn more.
